That's interesting - I've always found it amusing that, per the song, Brian Adams was having his Very Best Summer several years before I was born. Apparently he's not *that* much older than I am...

I eventually (mid-teens) wrapped my head around the concept that songs *could* be fictional, but it still trips me up sometimes just how many of them *are*.
