[cw: food, (fairly mild) amnesia]
1. Do you like spicy food?
I like spicy food, when it is so mild that nobody else can even tell it's spicy. *I* can tell.
(My first time eating extremely mild curry was a bit of a revelation: spice really can *add* to a dish rather than subtracting from it, even for me! I also enjoy fajitas made with approximately one-quarter the amount of seasoning listed on the packet.)
2. Do you like your cereal crunchy or soggy?
Cheerios should be crunchy (don't even put them in milk, just eat them out of the box like crackers). Cocoa Puffs should be soggy (they are a more convoluted but also more playful way of making chocolate milk). I don't think I have enough experience with eating other cereals to have an opinion.
3. Do you like ice in your drinks?
Mildly, but I wouldn't bother seeking it out.
4. What is the strangest thing you have eaten?
We did some experiments with 50's cookbooks a few years back, but I did not find the experience very memorable. My notes describe "Golden Glow"--lemon jelly with pineapple juice and grated carrot--as "very weird, but not actually awful".
I had deli turkey and garlic hummus on a cinnamon-raisin bagel once. I was surprised how the cinnamon-raisin actually went very well with it.
5. What food would you like to eat right this minute?
I could go for a chicken finger, especially the battered kind like out of our Chinese cookbook.
