Oh hey I think I read the ?first? book of that and then let it fall by the wayside, maybe? Yes, city of [x] is a familiar title format now that I go google it. (I found "City of Flowers" on my shelf?). So possibly I didn't like it by virtue of accidentally picking up the third book and never noticing?
