Update to previous post:
They said to wait 4 - 6 weeks after the first purchase for it to show up. While it *has* only been a couple weeks, since the regular $20 showed up I'd figured the promotional $80 would have shown up alongside it.
*shrug* Okay, I'm willing to wait. And they *didn't* deny that I was eligible for the $100 bonus, so that's a good sign.
