My subconscious: Hey, does that mean I can justify the weirdnesses in this story I'm writing by claiming a bot did it? By *bot* standards, I'm remarkably coherent!
Me: I mean, I guess so, but "correctly determining what background information I can be expected to already have (as opposed to what needs to be explained in-story)" is much less impressive after I find out the writing bot was using my own brain as its substrate and had direct access to my memories.
