...aaaand the itching response to sweat is back again, fuck.
At least I know how to deal with it now. By the time I realised what was up yesterday it was nearly bedtime, so rather than showering I took a damp washcloth to it and was at least able to reduce it to pretty much just my scalp itching. If I shower this morning I'd only have to shower again in the evening after jogging, so I think I'll just put up with the remainder until then.
And no, I can't see any dietary correlations: things have been largely normal, and I certainly don't see any changes in these food logs that *reverse* anything that would have changed around the time the itching propensity last ended.
(Pollen sticking to the sweat? ...no, it happens after indoor treadmill-jogging too.)

(also BTW the dandruff did eventually come back, so I'm back on the shampoo that costs ten dollars a (400mL) bottle on sale
admittedly I don't go through it *that* quickly: not sure *exactly* how slow, but I've been doing one spare bottle for the rotated stockpile and that seems to be roughly correct
(...oh hey, it's only seven dollars on Amazon right now and the CamelCamelCamel graph shows it spending most of its time below ten, I'll have to bear that one in mind))
